D: No Ready-made Wedding dress! Need Custom-made! The whole custom made process (from the date we receive your payment and measurements) will take 15-20 days(Pay overtime cost exception) .

Return Policy

Return Policy (please read carefully)!
We realize that it is difficult to purchase a dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy with your purchase. If we have made your dress in the wrong way, please read the policy below carefully.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we advise you to follow these steps:

• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will not be credited or exchanged.

• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.

• Once we receive your item, inspect it to be sure it's as perfect as when we shipped it to you.

•  If you are not satisfied with the items for your own reasons,except it's a customized dress or promotional dress, you can also get the refund if the products are returned within 3 days with original tag and package. Only you are required to pay 15% restocking fee and the two ways shipping cost.

•  If you received the items in bad condition because of the shipping, please refuse to sign for and note the reasons for returning, then we will deal it with the courier, and resend a new one in free or refund to you.
